why?

What causes us to think where do our thought come from any why are they there. Do our thought stem from basic needs that just slowly became free will. Do they come from some central form of conciseness that is in chaos in on its own. what ever it is i like it and what to keep on thinking one day it might just reveail more about what is going on in everyone's head.
